CHEMICALS AND THYROID FUNCTION
It is said that 100,000 new chemicals enter our environment each year. Most are not tested on humans in combinations.
They are used for many things such as in our food, to scent out rooms, body products, cleaning products etc. These chemicals interfere with our body’s own production and utilisation of hormones. High chemicals users are more likely to get ill than those who use natural products. If you wouldn’t drink it then don’t use it. Avoid cordial and fizzy drinks. The only cleaning products you need are vodka, natural lemon juice, olive oil, salt and bicarbonate of soda. Remember if you put it onto your skin it goes transdermally into your bloodstream. Tea tree oil is an excellent deodorant. If you wash your hair in sensitive soap instead of shampoo it becomes wonderful after a couple of weeks. Use non-bio washing powder, half the recommended amount is the best washing system for clothes. Do not use conditioner, like aspartame it poisons the pituitary. That's conditioner on the hair and clothes. Be as natural as possible. Vodka will kill most germs and bacteria. Look for paraben and perfume free. If you don't understand what is on your list of ingredients it may be a time to think again.
